ECEN Shop Design Rules

These Design Rules have been carefully crafted to produce good results with our board prototyping process and make it easier for them to be soldered with less bridging.

Your particular design may have special requirements that necessitate altering these rules. You are free to alter them according to your needs, with caution. Most are not relevant for our prototyping capabilities, such as those involving micro or blind vias, board edge clearances, and solder stop or paste settings. Tightening the settings on the clearance and supply tabs, however, will require you to make a special request.

Information on the "restring" settings can be found

Since Version 8.3, EAGLE supports URNs for individual library
assets (packages, symbols, and devices). The URNs of those assets
will not be understood (or retained) with this version.
Since Version 8.3, EAGLE supports the association of 3D packages
with devices in libraries, schematics, and board files. Those 3D
packages will not be understood (or retained) with this version.
