The following tutorial is for making a bullet Bracelet out of spent shell casings,Grommets,16 gauge wire and an old leather belt. It is advisable for you to review all steps in 
this tutorial before attempting to make this bracelet, So that 
you have an understanding of the steps needed for completion
The materials are as follows:
You will need,

 5--> Spent 38 special shell Casings. These can be aquired on   line (Ebay,Etsy) if you have no other resources.

 5--> 1/4'' Grommets

 Small spool of 16 Gauge copper wire-make sure it's 16 gauge. 
 14 gauge is too heavy and 18 gauge is too light.

A leather belt. Do not use a cheap man made material belt 
or plastic belt, As it will fall apart very quickly. You can buy a good used leather belt at a Resale shop or Good Will pretty reasonably. Usualy for a couple of bucks. It should be at least an inch and a quarter wide and 1/8" thick. Also avoid any thing with fancy stitching or looks like it has been bonded together in layers. A plain leather belt is best.  One belt can make several bracelets depending on the size.I look for the longest ones I can find.  Don't buy something that is really worn to shreds or limp and frayed because it wont last long.

If the belt is a bit worn try to cut off any badly worn ends and start fresh.

Remember this; If it says "Man Made Materials" or has China stamped anywhere on it, Don't buy it! No matter how cheap it is.

Gorilla Glue. I prefer this over all other types of glue (Like E6000) because it dries slowly and gives you time to work with it. It is water based and it does'nt have the noxious
fumes that other types of glues have (Like E6000)

Use the Gorilla Glue as directed on the manufacturers label
You should only apply a thin layer because it expands as it cures.

The tools needed will be the following:

A flat surface....

Hammer

wooden mallet

needle nose pliers

flat nose pliers

wire cutters

looping plyers (optional)

Rat tail or triangle file

Small tubing cutter

Black Permanent Marker

exacto knife

5/16'' leather punch

Hand held leather punch tool for 1/8'' & 3/16'' holes

Heavy duty Scissors for cutting leather

Ruler...Remember "measure twice! cut once"

soda can (Beer can optional)

Rubber bracelet or heavy rubber band 

Now also remember that this tutorial is for a
bracelet that will fit a 7 1/2''wrist, So making
adjustments to the length may be needed for 
larger wrist or punching an extra hole for smaller 
wrist sizes can work as well. But I think that 
learning the basic techniques of this project
is most important at first. 
If you are an experienced leather crafter or
jewelry maker then you should have no problems.
